cozyyoga 6/17/2009	Classes are $12/class. Since I am so new you can pretty much find a spot with out any trouble. If your kids join you for mom & me they are free. If you need childcare I have a play area with someone to watch them for $2/child. I hope to hear from you again soon.

cozyyoga 6/10/2009	Hi Tricia, I do have mommy & me Classes, I am a new studio & classes are small right now, so I kind of wait to see who is there for age appropriate poses or games. I am very child friendly, having a 15 yr old daughter & or 8 & 10 year old boys that help out in the little play area. The benefits of yoga are so numerous I hope you will come and try class, your one year old can do class with you, hang out in the play area or just be there with mom in class. I have found that most little ones will sit quietly next to mom.
